I pulled over two drunken chickens this afternoon. They each were in possession of an open container of Tecate. Their sentence was two hours in the Smoker and there's only one way they're coming out and that's "Golden Brown"!

I can hardly wait.

Sounds delicious!!! You know your sides yet?

I like to rub my chicken when roasting them and eat the skin while it is still crisp. However, when I smoke a chicken I find the smoke far to heavy on the skin to eat. Do you rub yours?

I've taken to giving them a slap with Ralph's Essence, sticking them on a beer can and letting them smoke. I get more compliments with beer than with other beverages and I really do think it gives a better flavor.

#1 wife made cole slaw with lots of carrot and opened a can of baked beans. Nobody can open a can of baked beans like that woman!

I have gone pretty much now to Bush's Grillin Beans. When out on the river heat a canup and add some sausage links and you have high grade "Beanie Weanies".

Since the skin has too much smoke to eat and I have found little flavor transfers through the skin from spices I have debated even rubbing them in the future,
